All projects (WordPress development, MERN Stack configuration, Local/E-Commerce SEO, and server deployment) are executed according to the mutually agreed scope of work and project brief. Any alterations or additional feature requests beyond the initial scope will be processed as separate, additional work items.
Most projects require a 50% upfront deposit to begin development. Milestone deliveries will be shared for testing and approval. Upon final handover and deployment, the remaining 50% balance must be settled. We accept Wise, PayPal, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.
Upon final payment, full code ownership, assets, database structures, and platform credentials will be handed over to the client. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio/case studies directory unless otherwise agreed in a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
While we build secure, optimized, and scalable web solutions, we are not responsible for database leaks, security hacks, or performance regressions caused by third-party plugins, host configuration changes, or modifications made by other developers after project handover. We offer dedicated maintenance and security retainers to keep platforms healthy.
